Overview
Withdrawals at INGOT are processed from your E-wallet with zero withdrawal fees. Your funds must be in your E-wallet (not in a trading account) before you submit a withdrawal request.
This article covers the three prerequisites, the withdrawal steps, and the important same-method rule.
Step-by-step instructions
Follow the steps below to complete this process:
Three prerequisites — check first

- Your Financial Information must be added.
- Your funds must be in your E-wallet (not in a trading account).
Steps once the prerequisites are met
- Log in to your Client Portal Dashboard.
- Go to Funds Management → Withdraw Funds.
- Select your withdrawal method (must match your deposit method — see the same-method rule).
- Review the fees, min/max withdrawal, limit, and processing time shown.
- Enter the required details and submit your request.
The same-method rule
- Your withdrawal method must match your deposit method.
- Wire Transfer deposit → Wire Transfer withdrawal.
- Crypto deposit → Crypto withdrawal (same coin).
- Gate to Pay deposit → Gate to Pay withdrawal.
- Visa Card deposit → Wire Transfer withdrawal.
All financial information in your own name
- All Financial Information must be in your own name.
- INGOT does not process third-party withdrawals.
- The name on your bank account, card, or crypto wallet must match your INGOT account name.
Troubleshooting
If you run into issues, the most common causes and fixes are listed below.
Your funds are in your trading account
- Withdrawals are processed from your E-wallet, not the trading account. Use Transfer Funds to move the balance from your trading account back to your E-wallet, then submit the withdrawal.
You haven't added Financial Information
- You must add Financial Information before you can submit a withdrawal. See the Financial Information article for how to add your payment method.
Your withdrawal is delayed
- Check the processing time shown on the Withdraw Funds page for your method. If your withdrawal is past that time and still Pending, contact Customer Experience via live chat with the transaction reference.
Your withdrawal was rejected
- Common causes: Financial Information mismatch, same-method rule not respected, KYC not up to date, or incorrect payment details. Check your email for the specific reason, correct the details, and submit a new withdrawal.
