Troubleshooting
If you run into issues, the most common causes and fixes are listed below.
You may have sent crypto to the wrong network
- Contact Customer Experience via live chat immediately with your transaction hash and the network you sent from. Wrong-network sends cannot always be recovered, but our team will investigate as quickly as possible.
Your crypto deposit hasn't arrived
- Check the transaction hash on the network's block explorer to confirm it was sent and how many confirmations it has. If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but not showing in your Account Transactions after the expected processing time, contact Customer Experience via live chat with the transaction hash.
The address you copied looks different from what you expected
- Always copy the address shown on your INGOT Deposit Funds page at the time of the deposit — never use a saved address from a previous transaction. Addresses may change.
