General steps to deposit
- Log in to your Client Portal Dashboard.
- Go to Funds Management → Deposit Funds.
- Select your preferred deposit method
- Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the payment.
Reviewing fees, maximum deposit, and processing time
- Once you click on any deposit method, the specific fees, maximum deposit, and processing time are shown for that method.
- Review these before completing the deposit to make an informed choice.
Third-party deposits are not accepted
- The card, bank account, or crypto wallet used must be in your own name.
- INGOT does not process third-party deposits — funds coming from someone else will be rejected and returned.
- This applies to all four deposit methods.

Troubleshooting
If you run into issues, the most common causes and fixes are listed below.
Your deposit hasn't arrived
- First check the processing time for the method you used (shown on the Deposit Funds page). If the deposit is past that time and still not visible in your Account Transactions, contact Customer Experience via live chat with your transaction reference.
Your deposit was rejected
- Common causes: card in a third party's name, incorrect payment reference (for wires), or the payment method is not supported in your country. Check your email for the specific reason, then try a different method or correct the issue.
