Overview
Funds Management is the section of your INGOT Client Portal Dashboard where you handle everything related to your money: deposits, withdrawals, transfers between accounts, transaction history, saved payment methods, and the INGOT Card.
This article explains the structure of Funds Management, the role of the E-wallet, and the standard flow from depositing to trading and later withdrawing.
Step-by-step instructions
Follow the steps below to complete this process:
Where to find Funds Management
- Log in to your Client Portal at portal.ingotbrokers.com.
- In the left-hand menu on your Dashboard, click Funds Management.
- You'll see six sections: Account Transactions, Transfer Funds, Deposit Funds, Withdraw Funds, Financial Information, and INGOT Card.
Understanding the E-wallet
- The E-wallet is your INGOT account balance.
- All deposits arrive in your E-wallet first — regardless of the deposit method.
- To trade, you need to transfer funds from your E-wallet to your trading account (MT4 or MT5).
- To withdraw, funds must first be transferred back from your trading account into your E-wallet.
The typical journey — depositing to trading to withdrawing
- 1. Deposit funds — choose a method and fund your E-wallet.
- 2. Transfer to Trading Account — move funds from your E-wallet to your MT4 or MT5 trading account.
- 3. Start Trading — log in to MT4 or MT5 and place your first trade.
- 4. Add Financial Information — enter your payment method details (needed before your first withdrawal).
- 5. Transfer funds back to your E-wallet from the trading account.
- 6. Submit a Withdrawal request.
Zero fees from INGOT
- INGOT applies zero deposit fees.
- INGOT applies zero withdrawal fees.
- Note that third parties (your bank, card issuer, or the crypto network) may charge their own fees — those are outside INGOT's control.
Troubleshooting
If you run into issues, the most common causes and fixes are listed below.
You can't see the Funds Management tab
- Confirm you're logged in to your Client Portal at portal.ingotbrokers.com. Funds Management appears in the left-hand menu on the Dashboard. If it's not visible, refresh the page or try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox usually work best).
You deposited but can't trade yet
- Deposits arrive in your E-wallet first. To trade, use Transfer Funds to move the balance from your E-wallet to your MT4 or MT5 trading account.

A: Yes. Account verification (KYC) must be complete before you can deposit and trade. See the KYC & Verification articles for details.
Q: Does INGOT charge deposit or withdrawal fees?
A: No — INGOT applies zero deposit and zero withdrawal fees. Third parties (banks, card issuers, crypto networks) may charge their own fees outside INGOT's control.

A: The E-wallet is where deposits arrive and withdrawals are processed from. The trading account (MT4 or MT5) is where you actually place trades. You transfer between them using Transfer Funds.
