Overview
As a Provider, you can create a shareable join link for one of your offers so that Followers can subscribe directly. This is useful for inviting specific clients to a private offer.
This article explains how to create the link step by step. Note that join links work only for offers set to Private.

Follow the steps below to complete this process:
Before you begin
- You must be registered as a Provider.
- The offer you want to share must be set to Private.
- Access your Provider dashboard.
Steps to create a join link
- Log in to your Provider account on the Copy Trading platform.
- Make sure the offer you want to share is set to Private.
- On the dashboard, click My Providers.
- Click the offer you want to share.
- Scroll down to the Offers section and click the specific offer.
- Scroll down to Offers Join Links and click Add.
- Enter a Key (can be the same as the offer name).
- Select when the link will expire.
- Leave the Agent field empty.
- Click Create.
- Refresh the page — the link will appear.
- Click the three-dot menu on the right of the link to copy it.
- Share the copied link with the clients you want to invite as Followers.
Field details
- Key — a short identifier for your link (can match the offer name for easy tracking).
- Expiry — the date the link stops working. Choose based on how long you want the link active.
- Agent — leave empty unless a partner or introducing agent is involved in the referral.
Troubleshooting
If you run into issues, the most common causes and fixes are listed below.
The Offers Join Links section isn't visible
- Join Links are only available for offers set to Private. Change the offer to Private, then the Offers Join Links section will appear in the offer settings.
You clicked Create but the link doesn't appear
- Refresh the page — the new link should appear in the Offers Join Links list. If it still doesn't appear, confirm the offer is set to Private. If the issue persists, contact Customer Experience via live chat.
The link expired sooner than you expected
- Every join link requires an expiry date. If the link stops working, create a new one with a later expiry date and share the new link with your Followers.

Q: Why doesn't my offer show a Join Link option?
A: Join Links are only available for offers that are set to Private. Change the offer to Private, then the Offers Join Links section will become available.
Q: What is the Key field?
