To copy the trades of a Provider, you need to register on the Copy Trading platform as a Follower and subscribe to one of their offers.

Before you begin
- An active INGOT trading account.
- Your Server, Trading Account Number, and Trading Account Password.
- A Provider and specific Offer that you've researched and want to follow.
Registration steps
- Log in to your Client Portal Dashboard.
- Click the Copy Trading tab on the left-hand menu.
- Click the Become a Follower button in the top-right of the page.
- Complete the Subscription Registration form (Server, Trading account, Password, and the Provider + Offer you wish to follow).
- Tick "I accept the Terms of Service".
- Click Register to complete the process.
If you already have a Copy Trading account
- On the Subscription Registration page, scroll down and click Login as a client.
- Enter your Server, Trading Account Number, and Password.
- Once logged in, you can subscribe to additional Providers or manage existing subscriptions from My Portfolio.
Troubleshooting
If you run into issues, the most common causes and fixes are listed below.
Your credentials aren't being accepted
- Confirm you're using your Trading Account Number as the username and your Trading Account Password — not your Client Portal password. Check that you've selected the correct Server.
You forgot your Trading Account password
- Trading account passwords are separate from your Client Portal password. Please see the Password reset article for detailed steps on resetting your MT4 or MT5 trading account password.
The registration form won't submit
- Make sure every required field is filled in, and the Terms of Service checkbox is ticked. Refresh the page and try again if the issue persists.

Q: Can I follow more than one Provider?
A: Yes. You can subscribe to multiple Providers if your trading account and offer terms allow it. Manage all your subscriptions from the My Portfolio page.
Q: I already have a Copy Trading account — do I need to register again?
A: No. Scroll down on the Subscription Registration page and click Login as a client instead of registering again.
Q: How do I choose a Provider?
A: On the Copy Trading page you'll see a list of Providers with their performance metrics. Use the filters and search box to narrow the list, then review each Provider's strategy, risk metrics, and offer terms carefully before subscribing.
