Overview
A Swap-Free account is a trading account that doesn't apply overnight swap interest charges on held positions. All new accounts are created as Standard swap by default — Swap-Free is requested after account creation from the Accounts tab.

Follow the steps below to complete this process:
Steps
- Log in to your Client Portal Dashboard.
- Select Accounts from the left-side menu.
- Locate your Live trading account.
- Click the three vertical dots (⋮) beside the account.
- Select Request Swap Free.
- Submit your request.
What happens after you submit
- Your request is reviewed by our team.
- You'll be notified once it has been processed.
- Depending on the case, additional documentation may be requested.
Important to know
- All new accounts are created as Standard swap. Swap-Free is requested afterwards — not at creation.
- Swap-Free applies to Live accounts only. Demo accounts don't apply swap charges regardless of type.
Troubleshooting
If you run into issues, the most common causes and fixes are listed below.
You don't see the Request Swap Free option
- The option is only available on Live accounts (not Demo). Confirm you're on the Trading Accounts tab and looking at a Live account.
Your Swap-Free request is delayed
- The team reviews each request individually. If additional documents are required, you'll be notified. If you've been waiting longer than expected, contact Customer Experience with your account number.
