Overview
The Accounts tab is where you review all your trading accounts — Live and Demo — at a glance. Each account is shown as a card with its key details and a three-dot menu for actions.
This article shows you how to access the page and explains what each field on the account card means.

Follow the steps below to complete this process:
Accessing your accounts
- Log in to your Client Portal Dashboard.
- Select Accounts from the left-side menu.
- Switch between the Demo Accounts tab (virtual practice accounts) and the Trading Accounts tab (Live accounts).
What each account card shows
- Account number.
- Currency (e.g. USD).
- Platform (MT4 or MT5).
- Account type (EVO or Standard).
- Balance/equity.
- Leverage (e.g. 1:100, 1:5000).
- Label (custom nickname, if set).
- Status (Real or Demo).
- Three-dot menu (⋮) — opens the account actions menu.
What the three-dot menu offers
- Change Password — update the account's trading password.
- Change Leverage — request a different leverage.
- Request Swap Free — request Swap-Free status (Live accounts).
- Update Label — give the account a custom nickname.
- Advanced Report — view detailed trading statistics.
- Download Platform — download MT4 or MT5 for your device.
Troubleshooting
If you run into issues, the most common causes and fixes are listed below.
No accounts are visible
- You haven't created any yet. Click Create Account in the top-right to open your first Live or Demo account.
An account you created isn't showing
- Confirm you're on the correct tab (Demo vs Trading). Refresh the page. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, contact Customer Experience.

Q: How do I check my equity?
A: It's shown directly on the account card in the Accounts tab.
Q: Which tab shows my Live accounts?
A: The Trading Accounts tab. The Demo Accounts tab shows Demo accounts only.
Q: How do I identify whether an account is EVO or Standard?
A: The account type is shown on the account card. It's also displayed in the Advanced Report and account settings.
