To submit a ticket, click on the “Help Center” option in the dashboard’s left pane. Then, click on the “New Support Ticket” option in the upper right corner. Fill in the required information. Choose the type of support you’re seeking from the “Subject” entry and describe your request in the “Case Content” field. You may also upload files using the “Attachment” option. Lastly, click on “Create”. The message: “Your ticket has been created successfully!” will appear. Our support team will get back to you within an average of one hour during weekdays. You can also check the status of your tickets from the “Support” tab through your dashboard. |
